Novara Jewelers specializes in fully custom pendant design — each piece engineered from concept to creation. We work with natural diamonds, lab diamonds, and moissanite across silver and 10K gold settings.

Every order starts with a consultation. We review your vision, advise on materials and size, and produce a 3D CAD render before a single stone is set. You approve before we build.

Consultation

Submit your custom order form and book your consultation call. We review your concept, budget, and material preferences together.

02
CAD Design

We design your pendant in 3D. CAD renders are returned within 3–5 business days. You approve every detail before production begins.

03
Production

Once your production deposit is received, crafting begins. Approximately 4 weeks to completion. You'll receive updates throughout.

04
Pickup

Your piece is ready for pickup. Final payment is collected at that time. Shipping available — costs are client's responsibility.
